Discounts and special offers cannot be combined. Only one discount or promotion may be applied per session.

Information About Cancellations

Please understand that all appointments are binding and reserved specifically for you.

If you are unable to attend, kindly notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the time slot to be offered to someone else in need.

I work based on trust – timely cancellations help keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone. In cases of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, I kindly ask for your understanding that future bookings, I may ask for earlier confirmation for future appointments. And in the case of another short-notice cancellation, a 20% surcharge will be applied to your next booking. This is to honor the time reserved for you.
